Triton is the largest moon of Neptune and is the 7th closest moon of Neptune . He is one of the very few celestial bodies that has a retrograde orbit which means he orbits Neptune clockwise instead of anti-clockwise . Triton also has liquid nitrogen spewing from his crust .
Triton may have originated from the Kuiper Belt and was friends with Pluto at the time but was suddenly captured by Neptune thanks to his gravitational pull . Despite his new location , he's still friends with Pluto .
